Supreme Court Hearing on Individual Mandate

The Supreme Court argued that there was nothing that would hold up deliberation on Obamacare and the individual mandate and its Constitutionality. Their oral arguements began with the idea that an 1867 law would postpone it until someone had actually paid one of the penalties. They ruled that it would not stand in the way and that they would move forward.

Prediction? SCOTUS will rule it unconstitutional 5-4.
