Day 2 on Obamacare Mandate: Not Good

There was plenty of buzz about what would happen on day 2 for the Obamacare mandate, and for the most part it was not good.

Knowing that the Supreme Court is politically divided, the four liberal Justices almost seemed to be arguing for it at times.

Justice Anthony Kennedy – widely considered to be the swing vote – appeared to side with conservatives and the majority of America.

Even CNN’s legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin said the arguements were “a train wreck for the Obama administration.”

He also added, “This law looks like it’s going to be struck down. I’m telling you, all of the predictions including mine that the justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong.”

Geez. Ya think?
