Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber Says ‘I Am Not The Architect of Obamacare’

December 13, 2014 by Daniel

Obamacare Architect Jonathan Gruber Says He's Not The Architect Of Obamacare

On Tuesday, Obamacare Architect and MIT Economics Professor Jonathan Gruber offered sworn testimony to the House Oversight Committee. In doing so, he attempted to place some distance between himself and the Obama administration.

“I did not write Governor Mitt Romney’s health care plan. I am not the architect of Obamacare,” Gruber said.

But the shift doesn’t start or stop with Gruber. Since his surface to the mainstream, Obama and his administration have tried to distance themselves. Obama was questioned at the G20 Summit of the involvement of Gruber, Obama quickly shifted the conversation. Other high profile democrats denied that he was utilized in the crafting of Obamacare.

Gruber however, has reaped the rewards of being the Obamacare architect all the way to the bank. Some reports count his payouts in the millions. Yet, while being questioned by the oversight committee, he could not recall how much he had been paid. One of the worlds supposed renowned economists can’t recall numbers and figures or how much he’s made in contracts?

It seems that Gruber and Obama both think the same thing when it comes to the ignorance of the American voter. Maybe they need to be reminded that they’ve been working together all along to dupe the American population.

Here are just three reminders that they’ve been holding hands since its start:

#1 – Obama: I Have Stolen Ideas from Jon Gruber Liberally

#2 – SMOKING GUN! Gruber Admits Obama Was in Room During Planning of Cadillac Lie

#3 – Gruber MIT lecture: “I helped write it.”

In 2006 Obama Said He Has ‘Stolen Ideas From Jon Gruber Liberally’

November 17, 2014 by Daniel

Over the weekend while at the G20 Summit, Obama was asked about Jonathan Gruber and he responded by saying he was an adviser that had nothing to do with Obamacare.

But, every day that goes buy we get to hear yet another sound byte from Gruber. Today is no different, except we get handed to us today a little nugget of gold with Obama saying he has ‘stolen ideas from Jon Gruber liberally.’

You just can’t make this stuff up people! They’ve tried to dupe you for years into thinking Obamacare was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Well, little did you know you thought you were buying a bottle of honey, only to get home and realize it was vinegar.

Obamacare Architect: It Passed Due to ‘Lack of Transparency’ and ‘Stupidity of American Voters’

November 10, 2014 by Daniel

A new video was released last Friday with the Obamacare architect, Jonathan Gruber saying that the only way they could get it to pass was due to a ‘lack of transparency’ and the ‘stupidity of American voters.’

It’s almost something out of the ‘Twilight Zone.’

Remember back when Obama first started to campaign and he said he would have ‘the most transparent administration.’ And now this?

Then again, you didn’t really think he was looking out for you? Right?

Gruber, the man dubbed as the Obamacare architect just told you that the ‘stupidity of American voters’ was one of the reasons it passed. How does that not make you upset?

Obama thinks he’s so much better than you, and this is just a little proof.

TSV006: Stand Up and Fight Cronyism

May 4, 2014 by Daniel

Caution: Government Waste Ahead

[powerpress]

In this episode, I discuss the toxic duo of ObamaCore and ObamaCare, Ted Cruz fighting Amnesty and if cops should be able to search your cell phone without a warrant.

Caution: Government Waste Ahead

Power Quote of the Week:

Robert Nisbet as he reflected on what the Framers would think after they saw the size and scope of the current government.

ObamaCore (Common Core) and Obamacare

  • Common Core and Obamacare are both top down government regulated programs
  • Both programs are about power and control
  • Both programs are about data collection
  • http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/04/29/Gates-Funded-inBloom-Student-Data-Processing-Company-Shuts-Down-Over-Privacy-Concerns
  • Bill Gates funded Common Core and the data mining company inBloom
  • Jeb Bush is for Common Core, Obamacare and Amnesty

Ted Cruz is Fighting Amnesty

  • Ted Cruz met in secret with a handful of fellow Conservatives
  • At the same time, ‘Bonehead’ Boehner was out mocking them
  • We already have an immigration policy
  • We just have to follow the laws
  • We don’t need a ‘pathway to citizenship’ when we already have one
  • We just have to follow the laws

Can Cops Search Your Cell Phone Without a Warrant?

  • That’s the question that the Supreme Court is set to make a decision on
  • One side of the argument says the cell phone is no different than say your wallet/purse
  • The other side says it’s too intrusive
  • “A cell phone has the same contents that the home did in the founding era, it has digital equivalents of papers, letters, drawings, private financial documents, private medical documents,” said Jim Harper, an attorney with the libertarian Cato Institute.

Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Contraception Mandate

November 27, 2013 by Daniel

Earlier this week, the Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments on another Obamacare issue.

supreme court

The issue this time: the contraception mandate. This requirement has caused many companies to say that it is an attack on their religious freedom. They argue that because they as a company are required to provide health coverage, which must include coverage for birth control, goes against what they believe.

So, now that these cases are piling up and causing division in the lower courts, the Supreme Court is taking up the case. And, it isn’t expected to release a decision until mid-year 2014.

This will certainly be an interesting case. Besides the fact that the government is allowed to mandate what you as a free citizen must have, they are also trying to force private companies into what they must provide an employee as a benefit.

This should never have gotten this far. This should have been an open and shut case because the government should never have been allowed to regulate what you must purchase. Health care is NOT a right, it’s a privilege.

FAIL: Obamacare Website Crashes In Front Of Sebelius

November 20, 2013 by Daniel

At a public event where Kathleen Sebelius was trying to encourage people to sign up on the Obamacare website, it crashes in front of her.

She was denied entry into the site with a the same message many others are used to, “I’m sorry but the system is temporarily down.”

Obamacare Website Not Even Done Being Built Yet

November 19, 2013 by Daniel

As if there weren’t enough problems surrounding the Obamacare website, new revelation came out today that the website isn’t even done being built yet.

Rep. Cory Gardner (R-CO) questioned Henry Chao, deputy chief information officer of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, about ongoing security issues and the completion of the website.

Chao revealed that about 60% – 70% of the back-end of the website isn’t completed yet. They still have to build the payment portion of the website.

Here is some of his testimony from today:

Why 39 Democrats Broke From Obamacare

November 16, 2013 by Daniel

Upton vote

President Obama’s one-year reprieve came one day before the House approved legislation that would allow insurers to continue to offer policies on the individual market.

The reason Obama had to do this is because of his faltering Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare. What was sold to so many people as a fix for the costs of health care. The problem is that nobody is signing up to be part of the government health exchange. And at the same time, MILLIONS of people are having their insurance plans canceled.

After all, everyone was told repeatedly by Obama and his administration that if you liked your plan you could keep it. However, the fine print was so small you would need a microscope to read it. It’s that fine print that caused so many people to lose their coverage.

So when the Upton bill hit the floor, it was known that it would be a battle of Republicans vs Democrats. Little did they factor, a handful of Democrats broke from Obamacare and voted in favor of the bill.

By them throwing in their vote for the Upton bill, it just goes to show that they recognize the problems with Obamacare. That, and so many of them want to get re-elected in 2014 and 2016.

That’s right. They are only doing this to save their career and get re-elected!

Even if they do it knowing that Obama would veto it, they can still come back later and say they fought for you. They tried and Obama failed them. After all, Obama’s not up for re-election, they are.

Here’s the full list of Democratic defectors:

  • Rep. Ron Barber (D-Ariz.)
