Dr. Michael Neeki: Muslim Immigrants ‘Need to Pick a Side’

December 9, 2015 by Daniel

Dr. Michael Neeki: Muslim Immigrants 'Need to Pick a Side'

Iranian immigrant Dr. Michael Neeki, one of the first responders on the scene at the San Bernardino terrorist attack, offered some advice in a Fox News interview with Jenna Lee asking Muslim immigrants to ‘pick a side.’

JENNA LEE: I want to ask you a quick final question. I know you were born into a Muslim family and you came to this country to pursue your own version of the American dream. I would just briefly like to ask you about what you said yesterday. You said in the press conference, ‘it’s time to show ISIS what we are made of.’ We are all look for solutions about how to combat terror. What do you think is number one on the list?

DR. MICHAEL NEEKI: Number one on the list is bringing America together, bringing the community together. I was born in it but I mention it here because I really had suffered from fundamentalist religious ideas. I was tortured in a prison by these people. You can not sit and talk to these people. They are actually fanatics and made up their mind. For those Americans who actually, for those of us that emigrated here, here you have to choose a side.

When you swear and you become a naturalized citizen of this country and uses these resources to get where you are, show the loyalty to the community. Bring everybody together. It’s not an issue of religion anymore; it’s an issue of protecting the constitution and individual freedom in this country. And we are threatened by ISIS and these radical ideas coming in.

BEN CARSON: A Muslim Shouldn’t be President

September 20, 2015 by Daniel

BEN CARSON A Muslim shouldn t be president

Ben Carson was asked on NBC’s Meet The Press about the whether faith matters when electing a president.

Carson states, “I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not agree with that.”

“If it’s inconsistent with the values of America, then of course it should matter,” he said. “But if it fits within the realm of America and consistent with the Constitution, no problem.”

Muslim Brotherhood Waging War on Christians in Egypt

August 20, 2013 by Daniel

Copts whose church was one of dozens destroyed by Muslim Brotherhood supporters have returned to the charred house of worship, with their pastor vowing the violence suffered by his flock will make them “better Christians.”

“This will learn us to be better Christians,” said Pastor Sameh Ibrahim of a torched congregation in Minya, the capital of Minya Governorate in Upper Egypt, where some 14 churches were reportedly attacked in recent days.

Egyptchurches.jpg

Across Egypt, at least 60 churches have been targeted, along with Christian schools, homes, businesses and even an orphanage, according to conservative estimates. In the areas of Minya, Beni Suef, Fayoum and Assiut, Christian homes and businesses have received leaflets warning them to leave or face reprisals by Islamists, Christians said.

Christian homes and businesses in Minya have reportedly been marked with black X’s to single them out for attack.

Another pastor in the area shares his concerns. “We live in our church, so when someone attacks out congregation, it’s as if our house is being attacked,” said Pastor John Amin of the Meni Mazar church in published remarks.

“Our children are afraid,” he added.

As violence envelops Egypt, Christians are paying a heavy price with scores of their most sacred buildings and monuments being systematically destroyed by members of the Muslim Brotherhood in what one Coptic leader called an attempt at ethnic cleansing.

Muslim Brotherhood Behind Syrian Uprising

April 29, 2011 by Daniel

H/T – Weasel Zippers

BEIRUT (AP) — The banned Muslim Brotherhood urged Syrians to take to the streets on Friday as activists called for a “Day of Rage” against President Bashar Assad’s regime, which has stepped up its deadly crackdown on protesters by unleashing the army along with snipers and tanks.

The government warned against holding any demonstrations. Syrian state television said the Interior Ministry has not approved any “march, demonstration or sit-in” and that such rallies seek only to harm Syria’s security and stability.

Activists in Syria are planning nationwide protests following Muslim prayers in solidarity with more than 50 people killed in the last week alone in Daraa, a southern city at the heart of the revolt.

Since the uprising in Syria began in mid-March, inspired by revolts across the Arab world, more than 450 people have been killed nationwide, activists say.

Friday’s statement by the Muslim Brotherhood was the first time the outlawed group has openly encouraged the protests in Syria. The Brotherhood was crushed by Assad’s father, Hafez, after staging an uprising against his regime in 1982.

Iranian Lawmakers Propose Bill to Criminalize Dog Ownership

April 19, 2011 by Daniel

It looks as if lawmakers in Tehran, capital city of Iran, doesn’t have enough control over it’s people. Thus giving them the idea that they can make ownership of dogs a criminal act. But, it goes deeper than that.

Jihad Watch | Iran: Parliament mulling bill to criminalize dog ownership

The Muslim revulsion for dogs comes from Muhammad: “Ibn Mughaffal reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) ordered killing of the dogs, and then said: What about them, i. e. about other dogs? and then granted concession (to keep) the dog for hunting and the dog for (the security) of the herd, and said: When the dog licks the utensil, wash it seven times, and rub it with earth the eighth time.” — Sahih Muslim 551

And from the Shi’ite side of the divide, which pertains more specifically to this story, here is a contemporary voice — Iraq’s Ayatollah Sistani:

The following ten things are essentially najis [unclean]:1. Urine
2. Faeces
3. Semen
4. Dead body
5. Blood
6. Dog
7. Pig
8. Kafir [unbeliever — i.e., non-Muslims]
9. Alcoholic liquors
10. The sweat of an animal who persistently eats najasat [unclean things].

Sharia Alert from the Islamic Republic of Iran: “The Latest Enemies of Iran: Dogs and Their Owners,” by Azadeh Moaveni in Time Magazine, April 19:

For much of the past decade, the Iranian government has tolerated what it considers a particularly depraved and un-Islamic vice: the keeping of pet dogs.

Iran Still Claiming the Return of Twelfth Imam to Show Soon

April 18, 2011 by Daniel

Robert Spencer at Jihad Watch put out a great read on Iran and their continuing claim of the twelfth imam that will soon make its presence known. – Take the time to read the entire post.

JihadWatch | Rep of Iran’s Supremo says: “The situation in Bahrain alone could be a catalyst for the United States to strike out on their own and cause the downfall of that straw empire”

The Twelfth Imam disappeared over 1100 years ago, and hasn’t been heard from in over 1,050 years. After his disappearance in 874, the Twelfth Imam communicated through three messengers. In his last communiqué to the world, via one of these messengers in the year 941, this mysterious figure consoled his followers with prophesies regarding his eventual reappearance. The circumstances of that reappearance could, in the hands of Iran’s mad mullahs, visit upon the world calamities of a scale never before seen. And Israel and America will bear the brunt.

“Hearts,” warned Mohammad al-Mahdi, the Twelfth Imam, in his last message, “will become inaccessible to compassion. The earth will be filled with tyranny and violence.” He was speaking of the time of his reappearance, explaining that he would only come back to the world when the evil that Muslims were suffering was at its absolute apex. In this he echoed a Shi’ite tradition of the words of the prophet of Islam himself, Muhammad, who prophesied that the Twelfth Imam would be “the Resurrector” and explained: “He will fill the world with peace and justice as today it is filled with violence and tyranny.”

That violence and tyranny is not incidental to the theology of the Twelfth Imam, which has revenge as its core and essence. The dispute between the majority Sunnis and the Shiat Ali (Party of Ali) began upon the death of Muhammad in 632. The Sunnis contended that the prophet of Islam had made no provision for a successor as political, military, and spiritual leader of the Muslim community, and that therefore the Muslims should choose the best man among them as their leader. The nascent Party of Ali, on the contrary, claimed that Muhammad had designated his son-in-law Ali ibn Abi Talib as his successor, and that the successor of Muhammad had to be a member of the prophet’s household.

Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood Ties

February 8, 2011 by Daniel

by Robert Spencer

Barack Obama has declared that all opposition groups should have representation in the next Egyptian government, which essentially ensures that the Muslim Brotherhood will be part of that government.  The Brotherhood is the largest opposition group in Egypt, so it will probably end up in the driver’s seat in any new regime, and steer Egypt toward becoming an Islamic state inveterately hostile to the United States.

So why isn’t Obama working to limit the Brotherhood’s scope and influence?  Maybe because he doesn’t really have a problem with the Brotherhood, despite its hostility to America.  He made sure to invite Brotherhood leaders to attend his notorious speech to the Islamic world in Cairo, Egypt, in June 4, 2009.  Starting in the earliest days of his administration, he showed an intense desire to establish friendly ties with Brotherhood-linked organizations—despite the Brotherhood’s stated goal of “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within.”     Continue reading . . .

Court order blocks Okla. amendment on Islamic law

November 9, 2010 by Daniel

reported by AssociatedPress

A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order Monday to block a new amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution that would prohibit state courts from considering international or Islamic law when deciding cases.

U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange handed down the order after an Oklahoma man filed a lawsuit claiming the amendment stigmatized his religion and would invalidate his will, which he said is partially based on Islamic Law, also known as Sharia Law.

“My constitutional rights are being violated through the condemnation of my faith,” said Muneer Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma. “Islam was the target of this amendment. This amendment does not have a secular purpose.”

The measure, State Question 755, was approved with 70 percent of the vote in the Nov. 2 general election. The judge’s order prevents the state Election Board from certifying the results of that vote, which it had planned to do Tuesday afternoon.

The order will remain in effect until a Nov. 22 hearing on a preliminary injunction.

The Left Hates Free Speech – Juan at a Time

October 25, 2010 by Daniel

by Ted Nugent

National Public Radio’s firing of commentator Juan Williams is yet another example of how political correctness has poisoned free speech.

Mr. Williams didn’t say anything that the vast majority of Americans wouldn’t say or agree with regarding genuine and well-founded concerns about Muslims on airplanes. Who doesn’t know that Muslim voodoo loons have used or tried to use jets as a means to carry out mass murder and mayhem? It’s the truth, comfortable or not.

Juan Williams, a clear and present left-leaning guy, has now been exposed to the progressive’s anti-free speech grinder machine. Instead of rallying to his to defense as many on the Right and some on the Left have, I have a question for Mr. Williams: How do you like the Left now?
