Presidential Weekly Address: Act Now to Stop the Sequester

In this weeks Presidential Weekly Address, Obama attempts to put the pressure on Congress to act now in order to stop the sequester that is scheduled for the start of March.

There is only one HUGE problem with blaming Congress; the sequester was his idea. So, now, instead of taking responsibility for his failed economic policies, he wants to blame Congress. He is right in saying that if Congress was to act now, it can be stopped. But how? First and foremost, they would have to pass a budget. Sadly enough, Obama is playing on the fears of people making it sound like they will have to make drastic changes to their household budgets. But, the sequester is pennies on the dollar when you look at the total budget.
