Romney Coasts to Victory in New Hampshire Primary

January 11, 2012 by Daniel

In the New Hampshire primary Mitt Romney was the favorite going in, he coasted to victory with a 15 point lead over Ron Paul.

He was the odds on favorite, and was heavily attacked. However, Romney was able to stay out in front of the pack even with Tea Party support. Something he has yet to get a lot of support from, the Tea Party is starting to show signs that they may start getting behind him.

Something else to take away from this data is the lack of support for Perry and Huntsman. Huntsman mainly as they strongly oppose him to the tune of 50%.

After doing what no other has done by sweeping the first two states, Iowa and New Hampshire, Romney looks to keep his momentum moving as he is currently leading the polls in both South Carolina and Florida. Could we see a sweep across all four states by the Romney campaign?
