Katie Pavlich: Fewer Than 50K Enrolled in Obamacare

November 12, 2013 by Daniel

Katie Pavlich joined FNC’s America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer to talk about the latest report issued on the Obamacare enrollment numbers.

Fewer than 50K have enrolled, but there’s more to these numbers than the Obama administration wants you to know.

Katie explains that the number reported isn’t all that accurate. You see, it works a lot like when you are shopping online. If you put something in your cart, according to the administration, you are considered enrolled.

It doesn’t matter if you ever plan on coming back to your cart either. They count it as someone has enrolled.

Democrat Sen. Kay Hagan up for reelection calls for Obamacare probe

November 12, 2013 by Daniel

Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.)

Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.) will ask two oversight agencies for a full-blown investigation into the problems surrounding the ObamaCare launch.

Hagan, who is up for reelection in 2014, is asking her Senate colleagues to co-sign a letter asking two agencies to conduct “a complete, thorough investigation to determine the causes of the design and implementation failures of HealthCare.Gov.”

“These problems are simply unacceptable, and Americans deserve answers and swift solutions,” Hagan writes in a letter obtained by The Hill. “Taxpayers are owed a full and transparent accounting of how the vendors contracted to build the site failed to launch it successfully.”

The letter, which is in draft form and could be changed, is addressed to the Government Accountability Office and the Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The ObamaCare Dozen

The Cancelled Policies Senators

The torrents of Affordable Care Act monsoon season aren’t letting up, so Democrats are scrambling to help the victims: namely, their own careers. The Senators up for re-election in competitive states in 2014 are starting to panic, though they still aren’t offering solutions for anything other than their own growing political jeopardy.

“We’re All Human” Is All One Dem Rep Could Come Up With

November 5, 2013 by Daniel

Rep. Jim Moran could only come up with “We’re all human.”

His response comes as he tries to defend Obama’s broken promise that if you like your insurance you could keep it.

Yeah, right! Try telling that to the millions that are already being dropped from their coverage.

Here is video of his statement:

Jay Carney Almost Loses It While Being Grilled With Tough Obamacare Questions

November 4, 2013 by Daniel

ABC News reporter Jon Karl presses Jay Carney with tough Obamacare questions on the enrollment process.

Karl grills him to the point where he says ‘I give up.’

And, it all started because Karl asked for clarification on something Obama said.

Obama said that you don’t need to worry because there are other ways to sign up. He said you can fill out some papers or you can call in.

Only one problem with that: Everything goes through the Obamacare website.

Here, just watch for yourself:

Cost of Obamacare Much Higher Than Previously Thought

October 31, 2013 by Daniel

Taxpayers will be shocked when they learn just how much higher the cost of Obamacare will be than previously thought.

We’ve all heard numbers of how much just the website has cost.

But did you know that each state had to do a study to determine whether they wanted to take part?

What about the BILLIONS being sent to states for tier 1 funding? Or tier 2 funding?

Take a look at these numbers with Tom Foreman of CNN:

First Day of Obamacare Website Brought 6 Enrollments

October 31, 2013 by Daniel

The Obamacare website has been online for a month now, and we are learning that on the first day there were only 6 enrollments.

This doesn’t mean that there were 6 people that were successful and were part of the exchange. Nope. That’s just how many signed up. They had yet to be approved for anything.

Despite the fact that more people are losing their health insurance faster than people enroll in Obamacare, it could fail all on it’s own without ever providing anything.

How? CBS is reporting that the health care exchanges need to average 39,000 enrollees a day to meet the goal of seven million by March 1.

Right now, it doesn’t look like that is even possible!

Obama Blames Insurers for Cancelled Coverage

October 31, 2013 by Daniel

President Obama said Wednesday was blaming ‘bad apple’ insurers for cancelled coverage.

In typical fashion, Obama won’t accept responsibility for his Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.

What he isn’t accepting is that it is his Obamacare that is causing insurers to cancel coverage. It’s in the bill.

Boy, if they’d have read it they would know these things.

He championed the idea that if you liked your insurance, you could keep it.

The only problem is that insurers were and are forced to change almost every single policy because it isn’t good enough in the eyes of Obamacare.

So what did he say?

“Just shop around in the new marketplace. You’re going to get a better deal.”

“Remember, before the Affordable Care Act, these bad-apple insurers had free rein every single year to limit the care that you received, or used minor pre-existing conditions to jack up your premiums, or bill you into bankruptcy.” – Reuters

So who’s to take the blame?

HHS Secretary Kathleen “Kitty-Kat” Sebelius is sticking her neck out there and saying she’s to blame.
