Unveiled: $1 Trillion Omnibus Spending Bill to be Voted on

January 13, 2014 by Daniel

In the hopes of avoiding another government shutdown this Wednesday, lawmakers have unveiled a massive $1 Trillion spending bill.

This bill is being sold to you as “promises to restore some order to government funding over the next year.”

Now, don’t take that the wrong way! This isn’t the bill to end all spending bills. Everybody knows that!

This is just as ridiculous as all their other omnibus bills that get shoved through at the last minute.

Last minute? Oh yeah! They release this bill on a Monday night, with the expectation of voting on it and passing it by Wednesday.

Do you think they will take the time, or even have the time to read the 1,582 page bill? Didn’t think so!

If you want to, try it for yourself. Read it HERE and let us know what you find!
