Iran’s Warning to Israel, US

With the recent report from the IAEA, Internation Atomic Energy Agency, about Iran and their ability to design and produce nuclear weapons, it comes as a slap in the face of those who have been warning what would come to be when they were allowed to build nuclear reactors for “energy.”

Well, now Iran is offering a warning to Israel and the United States if they were to attack either of their nuclear sites.

Iran’s supreme leader on Thursday warned Israel and the United States that Tehran’s response will be tough should its archenemies choose a military strike against Iran over the country’s controversial nuclear program.

“Anybody who takes up the idea of an attack on Iran, should get ready to receive a strong slap and an iron fist” by the Iranian armed forces, said Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

A new International Atomic Energy Agency report on Iran’s nuclear activities brings efforts to resolve the crisis to a very “dangerous turning point,” an expert on the region said Wednesday.

Another analyst said the United States now faces a choice between only two options: diplomatic engagement or military action. “We have to go one or the other,” she said.

Reuters – Khamenei warns U.S., Israel against attack on atom sites

Iran’s Supreme Leader warned the United States and Israel on Thursday not to launch any military action against its nuclear sites, saying it would be met with “iron fists,” state television reported.

“Our enemies, particularly the Zionist regime (Israel), America and its allies, should know that any kind of threat and attack or even thinking about any (military) action will be firmly responded to,” the television quoted Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as saying.
